Topic: server upgrade

On May 23rd between 10:00 and 10:30 CEST, the server has to be rebooted due to a performance upgrade. This will lead to a brief interruption of all web site services (including the NON-SMOKER(WEB) code).

We do not expect a longer downtime (but it cannot be ruled out).
