Changes:
Options: New advanced options NUCDENS, NLDPARITY, STATMOD, FISSION.
New default behavior: By default, the nuclear density distributions from an HFB model are used (see description of option NUCDENS); this may impact the results as compared to the previous versions.
Furthermore, a theoretical parity distribution (Mocelj et al., in press) is used by default.
(The classical statistical model (Hauser-Feshbach, STATMOD=0) is still used by default but that may be changed in the near future.)
New access control:: The use of advanced options may be allowed or disallowed individually, depending on the user access rights.
