Version 2.4

The energy limit for charged particle reactions was not displayed correctly, only the minimum temperature had been displayed correctly. Now this is fixed by providing an estimate for the Gamow energy at the minimum temperature (from the simple estimate of this energy through 0.12204*(Z1^2 Z2^2 Ared)^(1/3)*T9^(2/3) plus half of the Gamow width).

This only affected charged particle reactions. For neutron induced reactions, the energy limit is now given by the peak energy of the Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution (E=T9/11.6045) plus half the MB width.

For all cases, however, the relevant quantity remains the temperature limit! The energy limits are crude estimates.
