The web pages have been moved to yet another server. This may affect users which use secure http (https) to access the pages since they will receive a warning or error message that the server's IP has changed. That message can safely be ignored.
Due to the move, the access statistics for the website may be incorrect for the months of August and September (they show too low counts).
